Billing questions

Will I get an invoice?
Yes. Each payment gives a numbered invoice in the name of your account or your organisation, available in the member area and sent by email. Prices shown exclude VAT: VAT of 18 % is added to the invoice.
How do I pay?
Online payment goes through our provider UbuntuLink: mobile money, and bank card where available. Organisations can pay on invoice by bank transfer once the quote is accepted.
Can I stop my subscription?
At any time, from the Subscription page of the member area. Renewal stops and you keep access until the end of the paid period. No pro rata refund is due for a period already started.
How does the free trial work?
New members can try Pro member for 14 days, once, without giving a payment method. At the end of the trial the account goes back to Member automatically, free of charge.
Can my team share a subscription?
Yes. The owner of an organisation subscribes for it and invites colleagues: each keeps their own account. Pro member taken by an organisation covers up to 5 people; the Business plan starts with 10 and can be extended on quote.
What happens if I go back to Member?
Your saved items, follows and conversations are kept. Beyond the Member limits you cannot add more until you remove some, but nothing is deleted.
Can prices change?
Prices are indicative and may change. A price change never applies to a period already paid: it applies from the next renewal, after prior notice.
